Football Makes Sense

Football FINALLY makes sense..........
A guy took his bleach blonde girlfriend to her first football game. They had
great seats right behind their team's bench. After the game, he asked her
how she liked the experience.
'Oh, I really liked it,' she replied, 'especially the tight pants and all
the big muscles, but I just couldn't understand why they were killing each
other over 25 cents.'
Dumbfounded, her date asked, 'What do you mean?'
'Well, they flipped a coin, one team got it and then for the rest of the
game, all they kept screaming was: 'Get the quarterback! Get the
quarterback!' I'm like...Helloooooo? It's only 25 cents!!!!

Marriage is HOT topic in California

I am the assistant cub master in our stake. The cub master sent me some picture today of some people who were not happy with her support of traditional marraige banner.

2008 Ashland Trip

For the past 10 years I've been taking my students to the Shakespeare Festival at Ashland, Oregon. This year we saw three plays: Our Town, The Clay Cart and The Comedy of Errors.
It's pretty safe to say The Comedy of Errors was the all around favorite among the kids.
It was set as a Western musical and it was brilliantly staged and hilarously executed.
These pictures should bring back memories for my older kids. The first is in the Courtyard in front of the Elizabethan Theatre. The second is in front of the fountain of delicious "healing waters". It's tradition. You have to drink from them. The third is inside Big Town Hero, the sandwich shop we always eat at when we first arrive. Ashland is a four and a half hour drive from Portland, but probably only two or three from the Orland-Red Bluff area. It's a fun town with a rich history of the performing arts. I highly recommend you take a trip there sometime.
It's one of the highlights of our school year!

Reana's Boyfriend

When Reana decided to serve a mission, she left someone behind who really misses the musical moments they spent together at the piano and her warm, tender caresses.

80's Dance

All the bad girls from the seminary videos decided to follow the advice of their churchy friend Risa and attend a wholesome stake dance.

Learning From Sariah

Railee and Risa pose with their former Elementary School teacher in the Harris Fine Arts Center. They really enjoyed watching her play Sariah in the musical presentation,
With Mine Own Hand, during BYU Education Week.

A Straight Shooter

Ron always has a good time at scout camp.
Here we see him at the shooting range. That casual attitude must have paid off. He got a perfect score!
